Head Coaches

Courtney Hill has been swimming competitively since the age of 5. She swam for the Southbelt Sharks for 9 years. She attended Dobie High School where she swam and dove. She was on varsity for 4 years and won the City Championship in diving for the 2005-2006 season. She attends University of the Incarnate Word where she will be a senior. She is majoring in kinesiology with a minor in education. She was on the swim team her freshman year and now is a part of the diving program. Courtney plans to teach high school and coach swimming. Her expected graduation date is December of 2011.

Alex Burley started her swimming experience at age 8 with the Seabrook Stingrays, in which she received "Rookie of the Year." She competed with the team until the age of 19. Alex swam for the Clear Lake High School Varsity swim team and played water polo for all 4yrs or High School. In high school, she was a regional finalist for swimming, as well as held the position of Captain of a State Champion Water Polo team. She was also awarded 1st team All-American in water polo her senior year. She has been published in the Houston Chronicle and the Clear Lake Citizen several times over the years. After leaving Clear Lake, she attended Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas in the fall 2005-spring 2006. She then returned to Houston to attend The University of Houston-Clear Lake and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Fitness and Performance with emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy this past May. Alex now attends school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, working to complete her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy by summer of 2012.
